The Lamp of the Body 

“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! 

-Matthew 6:22-23 

 The gift of sight is a blessing, through our eyes we are able to direct our steps & take in the beauty of God's creation. However, your eyes not only serve as a guide for your body, they are the doorway to your heart.If your spiritual vision becomes blurred you will begin to walk blindly and fall directly off the path that God has predestined for you.Therefore, its important to keep your spiritual vision at 20/20 so that you're able to utilize God's wisdom to avoid and recognize the enemy's crafty tools of deception.
